Giselle is beautiful mare who is ready to restart her under saddle career after giving us two outstanding foals. Sound and sane and with very little effort, Giselle would be ready to show Training or First Level Dressage this year. She has had excellent training in the past and if she was in a regular training program would be easily able to pick up from where she left off prior to foaling. She loves to jump and is wonderful on trails.

Giselle has proven herself as a valuable broodmare by producing two fabulous foals for us. In 2009 a beautiful colt by the sire Festrausch, named Fargo, who narrowly missed Premium status and in 2010 a stunning Premium filly by the sire Sagnol, named Sierra.

In 2008, while carrying the Festrausch colt, Giselle took part in the ISR/Oldenburg Mare Performance Testing for which she passed and earned herself Premium Mare status.

She has an interesting pedigree with a wonderful blend of both dressage and jumper lines. Her sire Hilltop Giotto was trained and ridden to Grand Prix with Betsy Steiner and on the dam side, her dam sire, Furst Gotthard (aka The Titleist) was an extremely successful Grand Prix Jumper with many international wins to his name.

Giselle has proven to be an easy breeder, often double ovulating which may well make her a great candidate for Embryo transfers. She has been a wonderful Mom taking great care of her foals.
