Estraya is a stunningly beautiful young black mare with all the chrome you could ask for. Started slowly early in 2011 and now going well under saddle, she is proving to be a star. She is a delight to work with on the ground, cross ties, bathing, farrier etc., even clipping, trailering. She is a very confident young mare with a puppy-dog personality, is willing, very sensible, and never spooky.

Estraya is by the imported Hanoverian stallion Escapade who in his career to date, has won numerous championships at several of the nation's most prestigious shows in the Hunter Divisions. Escapade passes his power, grace and temperament to his offspring and we see these attributes as well in Estraya.

Escudo I, the sire of Escapade, was the fourth leading hunter sire in the country for 2005 He was Champion of the 1994 Stallion Performance Test with excellent scores in all categories. He won the jumping section, and went on to become Hanoverian Showjumping Champion 5 year old in 1996, and German National Reserve Champion 5 year old Jumper.

Graf Grannus, the grand sire of Escapade is from the very best Hanoverian jumping lines, notably Grannus and Gotthard. His offspring are sought after for his phenomenal jumping talent as well as for their excellent character, good movement and willingness to work.

Estraya is well started and ready to be taken to the next stage in her training. She will be a fun prospect to introduce to the show circuits and undoubtedly will get you noticed, not only by her talents but in addition, her strikingly good looks.
