Now we have spent time with Freida, we can tell you she is an outstanding foal with strong impressive gaits and super sweet personality. Freida had to be weaned from her Dam at approx. 6 weeks of age (her Dam had an unrelated illness and needed to spend time at New Bolton Center) and it was in the best interest of both foal and dam that they be separated.

Freida has incredible character, very trusting and completely as ease with herself and surroundings. She has thrived since weaning and not once has she called or complained. Happily goes out with a small group of mares and foals and yet also happy to come in and be fussed over in the barn.

Freida is the third foal out of our imported Dutch Ster pony mare, Wielgerma’s Maud; the first being Caramel Crunch (Premium Foal 8.3) and the second being Whimsical (7.8). Freida is sired by Forrest Flame who is currently competing and winning at Fourth Level Dressage.

Freida has Preferent New Forest Pony Sire, Merrie Moscan on both side of her pedigree. This is a sire known and proven to produce good temperaments and rideability in his offspring, producing many many approved sons and ster daughters. Please check out her pedigree below.

Freida will be presented for inspection and branding with the ISR Sport Pony Registry this summer. This is a top quality foal whose current price will be held until August 25th.
