His Dam, Venezia is a Dutch Ster mare with high scoring at her keuring. She has previously produced 3 outstanding Dutch foals for us in the past...First Premium filly Uriel, First Premium and 3rd place at DAD colt Woodstock and high scoring Second Premium filly Zauberelle who placed 8th at DAD. Hilltop's Rousseau is a beautiful 17.1h Dutch Stallion, winner of the 2002 Pavo Cup earning two 10's from the guest riders, Silver Medalist in the 2003 Young Horse World Championships and winner of the 2003 KWPN -5 year old stallion competition. Rousseau's sire, Olympic Ferro is the leading dressage stallion of the KWPN and I believe this great stallion needs no further introduction. Rousseau's dam, Zsuzsa competed to Grand Prix in dressage with an amateur rider and her sire was the late great Roemer (keur-preferent) competed to Grand Prix internationally in both jumping and dressage. Armani's pedigree is like reading the who's who of internationally competitive bloodlines. He will be registered NA/WPN and will be presented at his keuring late summer. Karitas Karitas is my daughter’ horse and it is with sadness we offer this wonderful guy for sale. Jess leaves for college this fall and after much discussion she has agreed that this talented small horse has much to offer another young rider not unlike herself. Karitas has competed and won consistently in dressage at 1st and 2nd level 1 and 2. Regularly gets 8’s on gaits from Judges. He attended Hilltop Farm’s Junior Young Rider’s six-week camp program in 2000 and 2001. Took part in musical drills on both occasions with 11 other horses and riders. Trailers like a dream by himself or with others. Regularly trailers for lessons and/or clinics and always settles right in and is ready for work. Karitas has absolutely no vices and has had no soundness issues. He has three excellent gaits with suspension in the trot, knows his lateral work well and is the counter canter king! By far his greatest asset is his trainability and willingness to work…he has the biggest heart and did I mention he can jump too…his discipline before he came to us. Jess was 13 years old when we imported Karitas in 2000 from Holland. She had outgrown a 13.2h grade pony and Karitas was the perfect transitional mount from pony to warmblood. He is the perfect JR/ or Young riders’ horse or small adult amateur, great fun to ride and a gentleman to work around. Jess would like the opportunity to ride and show him her last remaining summer before college but if the right person and situation came up for him would consider letting him go sooner. Savannah
is branded and registered a Premuim foal with the ISR/Oldenburg Registry.
At Dressage at Devon 2001, she came away with 5th place in the fillies
Weanling Class. This filly has scored consistently high on conformation
and movement in both the breed inspections and DAD. As a 2 yr old she
currently stands at 16hs and is expected to mature in the 16.3h - 17h
range. She has a wonderful mind and will do well in either the hunters
or dressage.
Woodstock WOODSTOCK is truly an outstanding colt. He has everything going for him...perfect confirmation, a beautiful angled shoulder, terrific hind end, very bold and handsome head, balanced with WOW movement AND is a real sweetheart! Placed 3rd in the very large and competitive 2003 Colts Class at Dressage Devon and placed one-tenth of a point behind 1st place. Judges' comments were "good confirmation, good harmony, good topline, walk with good overtracking, trot- good rhythm with impulsion". Santa’s
Rocket Rocket is a gray Tb/Old gelding, registered AWR and rated First Premium at his inspections. "Rocket must get a "10" for temperament. WOLFGANG Wolfgang is a stunning chestnut colt with three socks, blaze and plenty of WOW factor. Even at only a few days old he definitely has "the movement" and with his sweet and pleasing personality AND his proven bloodlines, he is going to be a fabulous pony for someone want to compete in dressage or jumping. This is the third offspring we have had from this mare/stallion combination and every one has been top quality. We are extremely proud of Jennifer, she truly is a multi talented pony excelling in dressage and showing us she is equally talented in jumping. Jennifer has been in professional training since her return to work. The comments from trainers are that they are surprised in which the speed she learns. She is very smart, confident and bold, takes care of herself which translates to taking care of a young rider. Trailers beautifully, goes on trails by herself or with others. With continued training, would expect her to be competitive in the FEI Dressage Pony Classes as well as the pony jumpers. Stunning to look at...a real eye-catcher in the ring. Iris Iris is an imported Dutch New Forest Pony, registered with the New Forest Pony Registries both in the USA and in Holland. She is also approved in the Main Mare Book, Sport Pony Division of the ISR/Oldenburg. Iris has produced for us a wonderful Sport Pony colt we named Wrigley (See pics) She has three good gaits, a "10" for canter and is progressing well under saddle. Update: Iris is confirmed in foal to Forrest Flame for a 2005 foal. This would be a great opportunity for someone starting in Sport Pony Breeding...a two in one deal! UPDATE:

Crunch Caramel Crunch is a pure bred Dutch New Forest Pony, imported in Utero and was to be our next pony stallion prospect had she been a colt. Her bloodlines include such outstanding ponies as Pevaril Peter Piper, Queenswood Solomon, Merrie Moscan and Luckington Sportaide. Her Dam, Wielgerma's Maud achieved her Ster predicate as a three year old and was Reserve Champion at her keuring. Her Sire Woodrow Carisbrooke, originally exported to Holland from the U.K., passed his stallion performance testing and tied for Champion as a 3 yr old, He went on to be Holland's Best Young New Forest Pony Stallion as a 4 yr old.
