Fertile
pastures engulf the circa 1864 period home, along with water and
board fencing to provide an ideal environment for grazing. Trevelyan
Farm, Inc. is located just minutes from Lancaster, 35 minutes
from York and 40 minutes from Harrisburg.
Trevelyan
Farm offers boarding for young stock, weanling to three years
old, in a safe and nurturing environment. Young stock are pastured
with others of a similar age and size learning invaluable social
lessons from each other in the herd. Our basic pasture board is
$275 per calendar month and our full board starts at $450.00.

Farm is pleased to offer complete management services from insemination
to foaling.
Daily rate $18.00
Weekly $125.00
Monthly $475.00
includes teasing and daily individual turnout on grass pasture.
All ultrasounds, palpations and other veterinary work will be
billed directly by the veterinarian.
Training and Riding
Trevelyan
Farm, Inc. boasts an 140x65 lighted indoor riding arena with sand
and rubber footing. An additional outdoor riding arena and 60
foot diameter round pen enable us to provide year-round training
and offer classical instruction on many of our quality horses
and ponies.
Stables
Trevelyan
Farm, Inc., has excellent barn facilities that would make any
horse happy. The main barn is comprised of 9 over sized stalls,
and the lower barn has seven stalls.. Safety of the horse is a
top priority at Trevelyan Farm. The clean, oversize stalls are
made complete with automatic waterers and fly mist system. In
addition, the top barn is equipped with heat detectors plus fire
extinguishers. Twenty-four-hour observation of the mares housed
at our farm during the foaling process is an important priority.
That’s why we have added closed-circuit television linked
directly to the main house. Five custom-designed run-in sheds
top off the facilities.
Horse
Care
The
proper care and maintenance of the horses is of utmost importance
to us at Trevelyan Farm. All our horses are current with recommended
immunizations and follow a strict de-worming schedule. Additionally,
a certified farrier attends the farm bi-weekly.
