For our breeding program, we carefully select our mares and stallions, not only for their performance bloodlines and quality of gaits but just as importantly for temperament and rideability. From birth our foals are well handled, presented at their respective breed inspections and often shown in hand. We are fortunate enough to be able to witness our young stock thriving in beautiful large pastures with soft rolling hills, grouped together by sex and age. At Trevelyan we also take pleasure in raising many of our clients' foals until they are ready to head off to their new owners to starting formal training.
