Wicked Courtjester

Wicked Courtjester is a New Forest Pony imported to the USA from Holland in the winter of 1999. He came to us with an already established show career in Jumping and Dressage, competing at Z level, which is the equivalent to our 3/4th level.

Furthermore, he came to us with impeccable manners, which he continues to demonstrate and for which we take no credit. His temperament and character are prime examples of which we aim to reproduce along with his athleticism, his powerful elegant gaits shown in the dressage arena and his enthusiasm and talent for jumping.

In a relatively short time Wicked Courtjester has proven himself to be one of the top Sport Pony Stallions in the country consistently producing outstanding offspring noted for their amazing temperaments, beautiful lines, and outstanding movement-- all this from a variety of mares both ponies and larger breeds.

It’s no surprise he himself is producing such quality offspring. Wicked Courtjester’s Dam, Wicked Vinnie Baby, received Elite status in Holland for producing 10 offspring of high quality including six approved stallions…this is no small achievement and a testament of the highest standard of breeding.

2002, he was honored by the AWR by them placing his photo on the cover of their Stallion Directory and Breeding Guide.

2003, he was featured in The Chronicle of the Horse, Junior and Pony Issue in an article relating to American Sport Ponies.

Breeders are thrilled with their Wicked Courtjester foals. They comment on their friendliness, balance, and athletic ability just days and sometimes only hours after birth.

• In Holland in one year alone, 21 foals were presented for inspection…all received Premium awards.
• 1999 AWSPR…. PA Site Champion and approval for breeding as a First Premium Stallion
• 2000 ISR/Oldenburg Stallion Approvals and given Lifetime Breeding License
• 2000 Dressage at Devon, AWR Sport Pony Class, Wicked Courtjester Champion

2001

• Dressage at Devon, Stallions Under Saddle Class 7th place out of 17.
• Wicked Elegance & With Social Graces both received First Premium with the AWSPR
• Wicked Elegance placed 1st at Dressage at Devon in the Sport Pony Class
• Wicked Elegance placed 7th in the Open Fillies Weanling Class at Dressage at Devon out of 43
• With Social Graces placed 2nd Dressage at Devon in the Sport Pony Class

2002

• Watermark owned by Phyllis Hamilton received Premium with the ISR (Sport Pony Div)
• Wicked Zee owned by Barb Young received First Premium with the AWSPR
• Both Wicked Trickster and Jest Joyous received First Premium with the AWSPR

2003

• Warwick’s Courtjester owned and bred by Teresa Schmehl received Premium with the ISR (Sport Pony Div) also placed 5th in the very large and competitive PA Weanling Futurity.
• Warwick’s Courtjester Highest placed Sport Pony Award in the ISR/Oldenburg class at Dressage at Devon
• Webster received Premium with the ISR (Sport Pony Div) receiving a whopping 8.5 for movement
• Waverley received a 7.9 with the ISR (Sport Pony Div)
• Wickedly Surreal owned and bred by Theresa Hanley received a First Premium with the AWSPR and placed 3rd in the AWR Sport Pony Class at Dressage at Devon
• Willie Wonka owned and bred by Gaylee Robinson placed 1st at Breezy Meadows Breed Show.
• Whizbang placed 7th in the large and competitive PA Weanling Futurity

2004

• Whisper Somth'n Wicked owned by Christine & Susan Louden received Premium with the ISR (Sport Pony Div) scoring 8.0
• Winslette received Premium with the ISR (Sport Pony Div) scoring 8.5 for comformation, with an overall score of 8.3
• Winsome RF owned and bred by Barb Young/Rainbow Farm Unltd received First Premium with the AWSPR with a score of 7.7
• Warwick's Courtjester owned and bred by Teresa Schmehl - placed 1st in the ISR Sport Pony Class at Dressage at Devon
• With Social Graces owned by Wendy Mattes was approved into the Main Mare Book with the ISR (Sport Pony Div) scoring a terrific 102 points.
• D'qua owned and bred by Theresa Hanley received a First Premium with the AWSPR and was PA Site Champion at her breed inspections.
• Wicked Winslow owned and bred by Dee Roy received a First Premium with the AWSPR

2005

• Wylie Courtjester owned and bred by Teresa Schmehl from NJ received a score of 8.0 and Premium Award with the ISR/Old Registry
• Wylie (above) placed Second at Dressage at Devon ISR Sport Pony Class with the 75.300%
• Wicked Storm owned and bred by Stuart Leland placed 4th in the highly competitive PA Breeders Futurity Yearling Class at Mile View Farm, Doylestown
• Wicked Storm (above) placed 6th at Dressage at Devon ASPR Class with a 67.900%
• Whimsical bred by Trevelyan and now owned by Kim Crandell from CA. received a score of 7.8 with the ISR/Old Registry
• Wolfgang bred by Trevelyan and now owned by Dee Roy from PA received a score of 7.8 from the ISR/Old Registry
• Wolfgang (above) placed 1st at Dressage at Devon ISR Sport Pony Class with a 75.300%
• Warwick’s Courtjester owned and bred by Teresa Schmehl from NJ placed 6th at Dressage at Devon ISR Sport Pony Class with a 66.200%
